What's actually in the list.

How it's built

1. Source: every record comes from a brokerage's public agent directory. Business contact info only — never personal addresses or private phones.
2. Refresh: the list is regenerated weekly so new agents join and departed ones drop off. Subscribers get an emailed digest each Monday.
3. Verification: every email domain is checked against live DNS before it ships. Any address whose domain doesn't resolve is removed from the database.
4. Opt-outs: any broker can remove themselves at brokerlist.ai/brokers/remove. They're gone within 24 hours and stay off in every future refresh — enforced by a permanent suppression list (2 entries today).
5. Quality gates: if a firm's roster drops by more than 50% between refreshes, the update is held until a human reviews it — you don't see an accidentally empty list.

What we don't do

• No personal emails, home addresses, or private cell numbers.
• No resale or redistribution — one-seat license on the one-time, per-seat on teams.
• No guessed contacts — if we don't have a real email, we don't invent one.
• No hidden data partners — every record ships from the public broker directory of the firm that employs them.
