Terms of Service

1. What you're buying

A single-seat license to use our data for your own outreach and research. The list is personal and may not be resold, redistributed, shared with peers, published, or posted to any third-party service (including AI training datasets). A Team plan is available if you need multiple seats.

2. Acceptable use

• Send outreach that complies with CAN-SPAM, CASL, GDPR, and any other law that applies to you.
• Include a clear, one-click unsubscribe in every email you send.
• Honor opt-outs immediately — if a broker asks you to stop, stop.
• No automated, high-volume, or unsolicited commercial SMS.

3. Refunds

Because the product is delivered instantly and is digital, sales are final once the list is emailed. If something is genuinely wrong with the data you received, email support@brokerlist.ai within 14 days and we'll make it right.

4. Subscriptions

Monthly and Annual subscriptions renew automatically. Cancel at any time from your account or the Stripe customer portal — your access continues through the current billing period, and no further charges apply.

5. Data accuracy

We ship what we believe to be accurate, publicly available contact information at the time of the most recent refresh. We do not guarantee any particular deliverability rate or outcome.

6. Broker opt-outs

You agree that if a broker on the list asks to be removed — either directly to you or via our opt-out form — you will stop contacting them and delete their row from any copy of the list you hold.

7. Liability

BrokerList.ai is provided "as is." We are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages. Our total liability is capped at what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

8. Changes

If we make material changes to these terms, we'll notify active customers by email at least 14 days beforehand.
