How the ranking works
- Borough match is a hard filter — we only return agents tagged to the borough the ZIP resolves to.
- Firm fit lifts known luxury firms (Sotheby's, Christie's, Elliman, Compass, Serhant, etc.) for luxury listings, and rental-heavy firms (Oxford, Highline, LivingNY, Nest Seekers) for rentals.
- Activity uses our per-agent listings page scan — agents with more visible listings rank higher. Agents we haven't enriched yet are pushed down.
