What we collect

• Customers: name, email, billing address, and payment metadata (processed by Stripe — we don't see card numbers).
• Leads: if you download a sample, we capture your email address to deliver it and to send a short follow-up series.
• Brokers in our database: publicly listed business contact details (name, work email, brokerage, work phone, public bio, public profile URL). We do not collect personal emails, home addresses, or private information.

How we use it

• To deliver the product and process your payment.
• To send transactional emails (receipts, downloads) and, if you opted in, short marketing emails with a one-click unsubscribe.
• To improve the accuracy of our data.

For the brokers on our list

If you are a real estate agent and you'd like to be removed, visit brokerlist.ai/brokers/remove — we remove you from the database within 7 days, and you'll stop appearing in future customer downloads.

Cookies & analytics

We use Plausible (privacy-friendly, no cookies, no personal data) for aggregate page-view analytics. We do not use third-party ad trackers.

Your rights

Email support@brokerlist.ai to access, correct, or delete any personal data we hold about you. We respond within 7 business days.
